“We are getting settled in our new home and would like to thank Trigon Homes and Team Cheatle for making our dreams come true. From the moment we started to work with Terry and Walter on selling our previous home, we knew that they would make it happen. They are both so knowledgeable, helpful, and such extraordinary people. Once we received the call from Terry that we had a contract, we began to work with Walter, Nicole, and Tammy on planning our new home. From my parent's house next door (also a Trigon Home) where we were living, we watched our Trigon built home come together. Under the masterful direction of Jim and his skillful team of Ryan and Charlie, our home was constructed quickly, efficiently and with Trigon SUPERB QUALITY. We would like to send a special thank you to both Terry and Walter for all their help and guidance during this process. Without them, we would not have been able to achieve our dreams. “We couldn't get enough of the Trigon quality, so we decided to build our second home with Trigon homes. Our family changed so much in just a few years and a move was what was best for us. Jim and Mary Lou Cheatle spent hours amongst hours looking for the perfect piece of property. When we found it, they worked hard to get us the best deal on the lot to fit our budget. Nicole was amazing in the design process! She was able to take our non-creativity and crazy ideas and then somehow turn them into our dream home. Nicole gave us great ideas from her experience in designing homes and was always helpful. Michelle unfortunately had to do multiple change orders and was constantly answering our questions, she was exceptional. Her broken leg did not stop her kind heart from hobbling down the street to help me juggle samples and a toddler. Jim Snoderly, I cannot say enough about him!! He was an amazing foreman, he spent so much time in this house and making sure everything was right just like it was his own! He was truly amazing! Great house we have, and we couldn't be happier!! Thank you, Trigon homes, for making our dreams come true and treating us like family!”

The TRIGON Caroline Model will be the 25th home we have resided in in 56 years of marriage. We were a Navy family for 25 years, living in England and up and down the East Coast.
